ExPosition—short for Exploratory analysis with the singular value decomPosition—was built around a general philosophy: the singular value decomposition does everything! Currently, ExPosition has implementations of Principal Components Analysis, Correspondence Analysis, Partial Least Squares, Multiple Factor Analysis — and many, many other related techniques. ExPosition also includes several inferential methods based entirely on resampling (i.e., the Bootstrap and permutation).
